Precipitation (Rain) in Coquitlam is especially heavy, due to the proximity of the mountain slopes. Moisture laden air moving off the Pacific Ocean is forced to flow up the Coast Mountains, causing it to cool, condense and fall as rain (a process known as orographic precipitation). This effect is responsible for the nearly 80 inches of annual rainfall in Coquitlam – you need to keep your roof and gutters in good condition to handle the deluge!
We’re a top reviewed Roofing Company in Coquitlam
Out of the six roofing companies I called during a super heavy rain week, Whonnock was the first to respond back. They came quickly to repair our roof until the first non rainy day when they were able to replace the whole roof. We had several quotes and found the price comparable and the owners to be knowledgeable and professional.
Had one of the 2 owners come out to give me a quote, no salesmen/middleman which I liked. It was very comprehensive and the price was great. They had all of the things I required like WCB coverage, 5 million in liability insurance, ticketed roofers, etc. All their guys are in house too, no sub contacting. Can’t say enough about this company and how prompt and respectful they were to all my needs. Highly recommend!!!
In other words – we are the right choice to meet your all your Port Coquitlam roofing, Port Moody roofing and Coquitlam roofing needs. Call us for a free quote today
